First, general or intravenous anesthesia will be used to provide comfort during the procedure. Then, an incision will generally be placed on the arm’s inside to access the loose skin. Now, with access to the arm, your surgeon will alter and tighten the underlying structures depending on your aesthetic goals. Finally, the incision will be sutured and closed. Then, the recovery process will begin.
