Insurance
Cosmetic
Although cosmetic surgery is considered an elective surgery, and therefore not covered by insurance, some reconstructive surgeries are. Depending upon your specific plan and provisions, some insurance companies will allow and authorize for services rendered by an Out-of-Network provider. Please note that the patient remains responsible for any co-payments or deductibles that your insurance company may require.
